Certified Professional Secretaries - CPS

The imperatives of the market, combined with the modern requirements in the workplace, led to the creation of the certification "Certified Professional Secretaries".

This certification certifies the basic knowledge, skills and abilities that must be acquired by the clerical staff to support the middle managers and/or entrepreneurs working for business organizations, businesses, banks, District and Local Government, Public and semi-public sector health service units, Units of the Armed Forces, using the jargon "Secretary - Administrative Assistant" which has been established internationally.

Minimum requirement for admission to examinations is candidate's graduation from secondary school.

The candidate is asked to answer 30 closed-ended questions and 2 open questions. Duration of examination: 90 minutes. Success rate: 70%.
